Cristina Hernandez Diaz is a first-generation producer from Petatan, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Her farm, Yulchen (“Between the Stones”), is named after the rocky landscape that helps create the region’s cool coffee-growing climate. Cristina focuses on careful selective picking, multiple harvest passes, and traditional washed processing with sun drying to produce high-quality coffee.
