Shipping policy

We roast every Monday and dispatch every Tuesday, and we email you a tracking link. The order cut-off is 9am on Monday (Portugal time): orders placed before it are dispatched that Tuesday, and orders placed after it are dispatched the following Tuesday. For example, an order placed on a Wednesday is dispatched the following Tuesday.

Delivery in Portugal is by DPD, the next business day after dispatch. Delivery to Spain and the rest of Europe takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch.
