This washed coffee comes from Nyamasheke District in Rwanda’s Western Province, grown by over 1,000 smallholder farmers at 1,600–1,850 MASL on rich volcanic soils. It is processed at the Karengera washing station, operated by C. Dorman Rwanda.
Cherries are hand-sorted, pulped within hours of harvest, then fermented, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds for 12–14 days. Multiple stages of sorting and density separation ensure a clean, high-quality cup.
