This is a community lot from 60-70 small holders in the Huila province of southern Colombia. Huilla has a reputation for producing outstanding coffees known for the bright acidity, balance and sweetness. It's a beautiful region with fast-flowing rivers, volcanoes and lush forest cover, providing optimal growing conditions for quality Arabica.
