A rich and creamy Colombian coffee with vibrant red fruit sweetness, syrupy body, and a smooth finish. Excellent with milk and beautifully balanced as a straight espresso.

This coffee comes from 50 small producers in the towns of San Juan de la China, Anzoátegui, and Santa Isabel in Tolima, Colombia. Grown in the region’s high mountain elevations, Tolima coffees are known for their quality and balance.

The lot was sourced through Cafisur, a cooperative founded in 1966 that supports more than 4,000 producers with agronomy assistance, education, and access to farm financing.
