Refund policy

At Clifftop Coffee, we roast to order and ship fresh — because of this, all sales are final once your order has shipped.

Why we don't accept returns

Coffee is a perishable product. Once beans are roasted, ground, packed, and sent out, they can't be resold or safely returned to stock. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to most online purchases — this is why we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If we got something wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another solution. We stand behind the quality of what we roast and want you to be happy with every order.
