Tolima, nestled in Colombia's central western mountains, is celebrated for producing high-quality, well-balanced coffees grown at significant elevation. This lot brings together 50 small producers from the towns of San Juan de la China, Anzoátegui, and Santa Isabel — a collaboration that reflects the strength of community-driven coffee farming.
The coffee was sourced through Cafisur, a cooperative founded in 1966 that supports over 4,000 producers through agronomy assistance, education, and access to farm financing — ensuring that quality in the cup is matched by fairness at origin.
