The Primavera Family Peaberry is a carefully curated blend from 10–15 small producers in San Antonio Huista, selected for their quality and suitability for a balanced regional profile. Cupped coffees of 84 and 85 points were blended to create this exceptional lot. Primavera operates its own dry mill in the Santa Rosa region of Guatemala, using specialized milling equipment to separate out the unique round peaberry beans. This sourcing model ensures producers receive better prices, enabling them to invest in their farms and wet mills while working toward single-farm offerings in the future.
The Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 with a commitment to producing exceptional specialty coffee while maintaining ethical practices and transparency throughout the supply chain. The project prioritizes improving farmer incomes and livelihoods, creating rural employment opportunities, promoting gender equality, and providing training in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
