Our new single-origin Brazil comes from the Jaguara Estate in Campos das Verentes, Southern Minas Gerais. The farm started coffee production in 2001, by Antonio Wander, a former agronomist. Jagura is now led by Antonio's son Andre, and has become a centre for innovation with their sights set on producing outstanding and unique lots.
They experiment with different fermentation environments such as barrels, polypropylene bags, drying boxes, and tanks, creating unique and distinctive flavor profiles.
