A very sweet chocolatey coffee with stone fruits and a pleasant acidity. Excellent for espresso and milk-based drinks, and equally moreish black on your morning breakfast table.
This coffee was sourced via Primavera Green Coffee, an importer with deep roots in Guatemala. The founder, Nadine comes from a long line of coffee producers, and the values of the company focus on supporting producers and their communities.
The Primavera Family lot is made up of coffees from 10–15 producers in Huehuetenango. These small lots are often better suited to a balanced regional blend rather than standalone microlots, due to size or consistency.
