Dimtu Coffee Industry was founded in 2010 in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia, set on fertile red loamy soils at 2,112m altitude with ideal temperatures for specialty coffee production. Committed to quality, traceability, and sustainability, Dimtu works closely with smallholder out-grower farmers, rewarding them with premium prices for carefully selected red cherry harvests.
Each lot is sorted, individually labelled, and shade-dried on traceable beds — ensuring full transparency from farm to cup. The result is a consistently high-quality, certified organic coffee rooted in a deep commitment to both people and the environment.
