This decaf brings together coffees from 60–70 small producers in Tesalia and Teruel, Huila — one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions, known for its volcanic soils, bright acidity, balanced body, and rich natural sweetness.
Decaffeination was carried out using the Sugarcane EA method at Descafecol in Colombia, where a naturally derived ethyl acetate from sugarcane gently removes 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee's original flavour and character — the result is a decaf that genuinely tastes like the real thing.
